Greetings, Moms!
A fresh year is starting for our club and we are entering into it a much smaller group since our Sistering (splitting). This doesn’t mean we are leaving our friends in the South Pasadena club behind, but that we are moving forward and getting the opportunity to explore new friendships with moms we might not have been able to meet before due to the size of the group. I know for me personally, the club was getting to be so large, that I do not even recognize members that have joined within the past year – and there have been many. I hope to change that in the coming year by meeting as many of you as I can at our various activities. Despite the split in July, we are a growing club… we have already gained over ˝ dozen new members and we expect that number to keep rising.
Making the decision to be a Stay-At-Home Mom is not easy and we all had to exchange some things for others in that process. MOMS Club is a source of support for those who have made that choice. Our member moms are enthusiastic about the club and new moms are made to feel welcome comfortable right away.
I hope that you can find it within your schedules to participate in MOMS Club events. Come to an All Member Meeting or Park Day…pack up the kids and join an All Member Outing…or better yet, put on some makeup and do your hair and come to a Moms Night Out. Most of us came to MOMS Club to meet other moms, get into a playgroup and get support. Participation in the club really cements that bond and for many of us, it will lead to lasting friendships
I look forward to seeing you and hearing from you,
Michelle
